Meet  the Founder

Cecilia N. ("Opalo"), the Founder & Director of  Rebirth is a Social Worker with professional experience in Counseling, Stress Management, Family Support and the creation and development of Educational Projects for Adults, Youth and Children. 

​

​She also has studies in Spirituality, Metaphysics, Biodecoding, Meditation, Reiki, Bach Flowers, Biomagnetism, Aromatherapy, among other modalities of Energy Work. 

​

 After more than 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups, she decided to create “Rebirth” as a Holistic approach to Stress Management and overall Wellness.

​Rebirth is the manifestation of her personal Dream: “Guide and support clients in the process of TRANSFORMATION of their current situation, discovering the Causes and Effects of Stress in their lives to recover their Energy Balance and improve their Natural Body's ability to heal itself”
